What I Implemented

  • Zap-1:Typeform → Master_Leads(Create Row) for every new Submission.
  • Zap-2:Calendly → Master_Leads (Find Raw By Email_key → Update Raw) to merge booking details into the same Lead record.
  • Zap-3: Strioe → Master_Leads (Find Raw by Email_key → Update Row) to attach payment status + revenue to the correct Lead.
  • Attribution reliabiliy: UTM + click IDs pass Correctly from the main website into the Typeform Url,keeping attrubution intact.

  • Meta Ad Click → Website Landing Page (UTM captured)
  • CTA Click → Typeform (UTM carried into Typeform URL)
  • Typeform Submit → Master_Leads (Create Row)
  • Calendly Booking → Master_Leads (Find by Email_Key → Update Row)
  • Stripe Payment → Master_Leads (Find by Email_Key → Update Row)
